My Passion: My passion is to help others grow in our organization; teaching them what I’ve learned through skills and resources that I have attained from being over 30+ years in this industry and knowing that I can be “that guy” my co-workers can lean on for assistance whenever needed. I enjoy helping others succeed in our industry the way I was taught and helping to make AGS the Rep of choice.
My Role: My role with AGS is bidding Wattstopper Controls for projects we receive. I also do the Inside sales for all the lamps, ballast and controls day to day request. I bring years of experience in what I do so the customer gets the best service possible. I want our customers to know they are getting the best service and help when needed.
Career Background: I started in this Industry as a delivery driver for Edson Electric Supply and worked my way up the “Distributor ladder” from driver to Warehouseman, Counter sales, Inside Sales and Outside Sales. I took pride in achieving every promotion as wanting to be the best I can be.
Personal Side: As a 5 year Cancer Survivor, I am an advocate/volunteer for helping others that are going through cancer or recovering from cancer by sharing my experience. ! In my spare time you can find me spending time with my family. We love to go camping, fishing and pretty much any outdoor activities. After 30 years of coaching football, I have retired from coaching and I have now started a new adventure, BBQ competitions with my wife. We have started our own team, H&W BBQ. I also like to create new dishes to eat and am studying to be a Culinary expert. I have been married to my wife, Kristina, since 2001 and we have three children, Matt, Ashly and Damian.
