My Passion 

I’m a people person. I genuinely enjoy talking with people, helping them find the products they need and being there when they have questions.

I’m also a perfectionist with a strong attention to detail, so I like getting things right the first time. I’m dependable and punctual, and I know my customers appreciate being able to count on me to follow through and keep things moving.

For me, great customer service is about being responsive, paying attention to the details and making sure people know they’re taken care of.

My Role 

I’m a recent addition to the Legrand Sales Team at AGS. My role is focused on helping our customers with ship dates, order processing and customer service.

I enjoy being the person customers can turn to when they need an answer or need help getting something taken care of. My goal is to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

My Career

I’ve spent more than 20 years working in the retail industry, where I developed my experience in customer service and team management.

That experience taught me how important it is to listen to people, understand what they need and follow through. I’m excited to bring that experience to AGS and continue learning the electrical industry and the Legrand product line.

When I’m not working with Legrand 

I’m an Arizona native and grew up in Tempe, home of my alma mater. GO SUN DEVILS!

I’m married with two children, and our daughter is graduating from high school and heading to ASU in the fall. At home, we also have what could probably be described as a small zoo. Our menagerie includes cats, dogs, tortoises, saltwater fish, a lizard and a tarantula.

I’m a big reader and love collecting Funko POPs! and anything Mary Poppins. I’m also very much in touch with my inner nerd, and I’m perfectly happy with that.

I love traveling with my family, too. We make it to Disneyland every year and visit the French Quarter whenever we can. For me, the best trips are the ones that give us a chance to make memories together.
