My Passion 

I’m passionate about finding solutions. For me, it’s not just about selling products. It’s about understanding the problem, finding the right solution and helping customers save time while making money.

I also enjoy sharing what I’ve learned. Product knowledge is valuable, and I like helping others build their knowledge so they can feel more confident in finding the right products and solutions for their customers.

My Role 

As part of the Inside Sales Legrand team at AGS, I work on projects with distributors, contractors, engineers and end users. Having experience on both the distribution and manufacturer’s representative sides of the electrical industry gives me a perspective I can put to work for our customers.

I help with everything from reviewing construction documents and project takeoffs to navigating changing supply chain conditions and providing technical assistance with product selection. My goal is to make the process easier and help customers keep their projects moving.

My Career

I’ve lived in the Southwest for more than 50 years and attended the University of Texas at El Paso. I got my first experience in the electrical industry in 1982 as an electrical apprentice.

I went on to spend more than 17 years in electrical distribution in the El Paso market before joining Allied Group Sales in 2002 as an Inside Sales Representative in the New Mexico office. In 2006, I moved into Outside Sales and have continued growing with AGS ever since.

Throughout my career, I’ve continued to build my knowledge through Dale Carnegie training, numerous Square D courses and Lutron Controls training. After more than 40 years in the electrical industry, I still enjoy learning and sharing that knowledge with others.

When I’m not working with Legrand 

Outside of work, I enjoy following my son in the Navy, playing golf, woodworking, listening to music and gardening.

I also enjoy spending time with my dogs, enjoying a good meal and relaxing in the backyard with Wanda.
