My Passion

I’ve spent my entire career working with people, and that’s what I enjoy most about what I do.

I genuinely like helping others and making sure people have a positive experience, whether I’m working with a customer, a teammate or someone I’ve just met. Building relationships comes naturally to me, and I love getting to know the people I’m working with and finding ways to make their day a little easier.

For me, good customer service isn’t just about getting the job done. It’s about making people feel heard, valued and taken care of along the way.

My Role 

My role at AGS is all about keeping things moving and making sure our customers have what they need.

I work with customers, enter and close orders, maintain ship logs and coordinate returns. There are a lot of details involved, but I enjoy being the person who helps keep those details organized and makes the process easier for everyone.

I’m also excited to be learning more about the lighting industry and everything that goes into creating great lighting solutions.

My Career 

I’m relatively new to the lighting industry, but I’ve been working in customer service for most of my career.

I spent 16 years with M.A.C. Cosmetics, where I learned a lot about people, relationships and creating a great customer experience. When I moved to Arizona in 2019, I took an administrative assistant position with an industrial cleaning supplies company.

That experience gave me a strong foundation in organization, communication and customer service, and I’m excited to bring those skills to the lighting industry and continue learning something new.

When I’m not being Architectural Lighting Consultant/CS Representative

My husband, Jonathan, and I moved to Arizona in 2019 with our two boys, Jude and Austin.

One of the best parts of moving to Arizona has been having a whole new place to explore together. We’ve spent a lot of time discovering the state and especially enjoy getting away to Sedona, Flagstaff and Pinetop-Lakeside.

There’s always another place to explore, another family adventure to plan and, with two boys, usually something unexpected along the way.
