My Passion 

I have a passion for accepting people as they are and getting to know the people around me. I enjoy learning from my coworkers and being someone they can count on when they need help.

I’ve also really enjoyed getting to know our customers and building relationships with the people I work with every day. For me, being part of a good team means being dependable, staying open to learning and doing my part to make things easier for everyone.

My Role 

I recently moved into the Customer Service role for the Lighting & Controls division at AGS. I work with customers to make sure they receive timely quotes, have the product information they need and get accurate order processing.

My goal is to make every customer’s experience as easy as possible. Whether that means answering a question, helping find a solution or making sure an order is processed correctly, I want our customers to know they have someone they can count on.

My Career

I’m relatively new to the electrical industry, but I’ve spent the past couple of years learning the business from the warehouse at AGS. That experience has given me the opportunity to learn our products, understand how they move through the business and get to know the people and processes that make everything work.

I’ve also worked in a few different environments over the years, and those experiences taught me some simple things that still guide me today. Being on time, listening and doing my best to follow directions can make work easier and a lot less stressful.

I’m continuing to learn every day, and I’m excited to bring that experience into my role in Customer Service.

When I’m not working with Lighting & Controls 

When I’m not at AGS, I like to keep things pretty simple. I enjoy working out, playing video games on my computer and watching football.

And, if I’m being completely honest, I also really enjoy sleeping. There’s nothing wrong with appreciating a good night’s sleep.
