My Passion: I get energized by encouraging others, helping them grow and achieve their goals and by celebrating their successes. One of my passions has been to develop and deliver educational and training opportunities to the industry. I love to learn and I love to teach. There’s nothing better than watching someone see something new for the very first time and having it open a new door to their growth. I’ve organized and conducted hundreds of training classes, trade shows and events. It has truly been a pleasure getting to know so many extraordinary people in our industry and to watch them shine as they grow and develop their skills. I believe the more we communicate and share our expertise with one another the better we’ll all be able to thrive and solve whatever challenge comes our way.
My Role: With my diverse background working for both distribution and manufacturing, my goal is to provide a well-rounded approach to marketing and promotion. This unique perspective helps me to better discern the needs and desires of all our partners. As we strive to be the industry consultant of choice, my goal is to make sure we connect and communicate effectively between our staff and our manufacturer and distributor partners in a timely and effective manner.
Career Background: I entered the electrical and lighting industry at a time when dedicated marketing positions were relatively new to distribution.
