My Passion 

My passion is finding new and innovative ways to solve problems. I enjoy taking what I’ve learned through experience and looking at a challenge from a different perspective.

For me, innovation isn’t always about reinventing everything. Sometimes it’s about taking the knowledge and tools you already have and finding a better way to put them together. I like finding those solutions and figuring out what works best for each situation.

My Role 

I work with the Legrand Sales Team at AGS, processing purchase orders and helping customers find practical solutions for their needs.

I enjoy being able to take a customer’s challenge, understand what they’re trying to accomplish and help find a solution that makes sense. Whether I’m working through an order or helping answer a product question, my goal is to keep things moving and make the process as easy as possible.

My Career

I began my career in the electrical industry working in the AGS warehouse. That gave me the opportunity to learn our product lines from the ground up while making sure customer orders were filled accurately and efficiently.

I also have two years of retail sales experience, which taught me the importance of customer service, communication and understanding how my role fits into a much larger team.

Those experiences have given me a solid foundation in both the products we represent and the importance of getting the details right. I’m continuing to build on that knowledge every day as part of the Legrand Sales Team.

When I’m not working with Legrand 

When I’m not at AGS, I’m usually doing something involving sports or video games. I enjoy watching both football and basketball, and I also spend plenty of time playing video games.

There’s something I enjoy about both. Whether you’re watching a great game or playing one yourself, there’s always a little strategy, competition and problem-solving involved.
