My Passion 

I’m always looking for ways to get better.

That applies to both my work and my personal life. I like learning, improving and finding ways to do things a little better than I did yesterday. I don’t think you ever really stop growing, and I’m always looking for the next opportunity to improve how I work, how I live and how I can help the people around me.

My Role 

As an Account Manager, my goal is to be someone our distributors, contractors and manufacturer partners can count on.

I want to be a trusted resource when a challenge comes up, whether the solution involves one of our products or something completely different. Sometimes the best way to help a customer isn’t to sell them something. It’s to help them find the right answer.

If we can become the people our partners think to call when they need help solving a problem, then we’ve done our job.

My Career

I started my career on the distribution side of the electrical business, working my way from warehouse delivery driver to counter sales, inside sales and eventually outside sales.

That experience gave me a perspective I still rely on every day. I’ve been on the other side of the counter. I understand the challenges our distributor partners face because I’ve experienced many of them myself.

I’ve now spent more than 25 years as a manufacturer’s representative, building on that distribution background and developing relationships with manufacturers, distributors and contractors. I believe the best partnerships are built for the long term, with everyone working together toward the same goal.

When I’m not being an Account Manager 

I live in Albuquerque with my wife and our two daughters.

Most of my favorite time outside of work is simply time with my family. They keep life busy, keep me grounded and give me plenty of reasons to keep working on that whole “always getting better” thing.
