My Passion: I thoroughly enjoy the upbeat environment here at AGS. I love helping others and building relationships with customers and manufacturers. I thrive on the challenges I’m given and love learning more and more as I continue to grow in the industry.
My Role: As Customer Support Manager, I help my team provide the best customer service. I handle escalations, and provide direction to help ensure we’re handling any issues as quickly as possible. I also delegate and help with submittal packages, and provide project quotes to customers.
Career Background: I started in the industry at Total Lighting & Control in 2013 and have been a part of AGS since 2018.
Personal Side: When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking, home improvement projects, visiting back home in Indiana, reading/watching anything “spooky”, and spending time with my husband and our three wonderfully wild children.
