The inside sales position is the primary contact for all customer service related activities including product information, order processing, and pricing. This position requires excellent communication and organization skills. Must be able to operate standard office equipment, adding machine, fax, copier, scanner, and personal computer. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. This person should also possess a working knowledge of acceptable electrical industry standards and the products we represent. Must be able to establish favorable working relationships with customers, end users, manufacturer personnel, and co-workers.
This position is primarily responsible for promoting AGS product offerings to electrical distributors. Core duties and responsibilities includes making outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers in person, by telephone, text and e-mail to qualify leads and the promotion of AGS products and services.
This position is primarily responsible for promotion and sales of our manufacturer product offerings to architects, engineers, contractors and various end users. Core duties and responsibilities include compiling lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, manufacturers, dealer/resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of routine shipping, receiving, production and housekeeping tasks. Shipping tasks include picking, packaging and shipment of orders. Receiving tasks include loading and unloading truck shipments and stocking the warehouse shelves. Production tasks include forklift material handling, labeling and packaging of product. This position reports directly to the warehouse Supervisor.
