Horses Help – Special Needs Therapies With Horses – October 2022

AGS Team Members and their families came together to assist Horses Help by getting ready for their upcoming
Annual Barn Bash Fundraiser Event. We helped refresh their property by installing outdoor lighting, planting and
garden maintenance, as well as general overall cleaning.

Founded in 1988, Horses Help serves the special needs, military and at risk communities by using horses and people therapeutically to improve
quality of life. On average, Horses Help relies on the involvement of 200 volunteers per day from marketing, to groomers, to veterinary assistance
and help in their Tacks Fifth Avenue store. Their vision is to provide the special needs community a therapeutic and recreational equine environment
where collaborative efforts of like minded organizations and volunteers can work together to design, construct and implement unique animal assisted
opportunities maintaining the highest industry standards, while providing professional development of its participants, therapists, instructors, staff and
volunteers, ensuring growth and diversity of the organization for years to come.
